A unit of Krikso India Ltd. – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Krikso India Agri Crop Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern the operations of Krikso Agri Point (KAP) and outline the responsibilities of the KAP Operators, Dealers, and Distributors associated with the company. By engaging in business with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms.

2. Product Supply

All products under Krikso Agri Crop (KAP) will be supplied through authorized Dealers and Distributors.

In regions where no dealer or distributor is available, Krikso Agri will directly supply the products to the KAP Operator.

3. Sales Responsibility

• The KAP Operator shall be solely responsible for sales at their outlet.
• The company will appoint a Sales Officer to assist with sales operations, and the company will bear their salary.
• The KAP Operator must assign a monthly sales target to the Sales Officer.
• The Sales Officer’s salary will be performance-based, determined by target achievement.

4. Product Returns

• Unsold stock at KAP must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Products will not be accepted for return after 30 days under any circumstances.

5. Infrastructure Requirements

• The KAP Operator must provide a minimum of 150 sq. ft. space located on a main road or prime location, adhering to company standards.
• The KAP outlet must be designed and maintained as per the company’s internal decor guidelines.
• If required, the KAP Operator must also arrange for a separate warehouse or storage space to manage inventory.

6. Exclusive Business Policy

The KAP Operator is strictly prohibited from selling products of any other company under any circumstances.

7. Online Orders & Deliveries

For online orders received, the KAP Operator is responsible for ensuring timely product delivery to the customer.

8. Advertising & Promotions

• The company will provide advertising materials, including boards, banners, stickers, and social media advertisements.
• If the KAP Operator requests additional advertisements beyond the company’s standard plan, they will be required to share the cost of the extra advertising.

9. Transportation Costs

The KAP Operator must bear all transportation costs associated with purchasing products from Dealers, Distributors, or the company.

10. General Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
• Krikso India Agri Crop Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
